The flow of a session
Each session follows a gentle rhythm to help you maintain momentum and recharge your energy.
The group dynamic adds accountability, increases motivation, and makes it easier to stay focused—knowing others are working alongside you.
Check-in & setting the intention:
We start with a quick round to share your energy level and what you aim to accomplish during the session.
Focused Work Blocks:
Three 45-minute work blocks, with breaks in between for you to rest and reset.
Mindful Pause:
Following the last break, we do breathing exercises or gentle stretches to refresh the mind and body before the final sprint.
Check-out:
Wrap up by reflecting on your progress and sharing your wins—because celebrating achievements makes the effort even more rewarding.

Focus sessions are held at least three times a week for 3 hours each, providing up to 9 hours of dedicated time for productive work.
For example:
We meet from 9-12:00 for 3 work units of 45 minutes + breaks + stretching/breathing exercise.

Not at all! You can join as many or as few sessions as you like, depending on your schedule and needs.

All sessions are live, ensuring real-time accountability and support.

The sessions are casual and supportive, but the focus is on "shut up and work"—no networking, just productive time.

Sessions are hosted on Zoom. You’ll receive easy-to-follow calendar invites with the Zoom link included.

Yes! We recommend downloading the Zoom app to your phone for quick access to meditation and dance sessions. Otherwise, joining is as simple as clicking the link in your calendar invite.

You are very much welcome to join!
We are a supportive group and you don’t need to worry :) At the beginning of a session, we usually share what we gonna work on for accountability - but you can definitely choose not to say anything, if it doesn’t feel right.

No problem! The membership is monthly, and you can cancel anytime before the next month begins. Simply log into the member area and cancel your subscription. If you have problems, please contact me.
