… you’d finally have the mental capacity to go deeper into your thoughts

… you’d finally find that ‘right moment’ to focus

In-person Deep Work Retreat

It's Friday afternoon. You feel the weight of your backpack on your shoulders as you walk towards the train station. In that backpack sits your laptop and you smile at the thought of what you've created over the last 5 days.

Your steps are light. You're happy and grateful for the progress you made.

You're tired, yes - but not drained. Like a child who gave it all and is now tired after a day of playing. It's the good kind of tired. The feeling-fulfilled kind of tired.

Here's the reality for most of us:

In everyday life, finding real concentration feels nearly impossible.

Meetings, colleagues, groceries, admin... Everything demands our attention. The work that will actually move us forward? There's so little room for it.

"First I need to do this and that and then... only then I hope I can finally work on what I actually want, what I'm actually here for."

But that moment hardly ever comes. And when it does? Your head is still full of other things that just won't shut up.

That's why I'm inviting you to join my Deep Work Retreat in February.

No interruptions. No earthly duties. Just us, submerged in our work.

Supporting each other. Silence. Flow. Focus.

What will happen during the Retreat?

Who guides you through the Deep Work Retreat?

The Retreat is created and led by me, Miriam Beyers.

I have hosted over 250 hours of online focused work sessions and helped individuals get things done with more ease and clarity. In my workshops on Time Management, I combine technical tips with well-being aspects as I deeply believe that a balanced and relaxed mind is the foundation of sustainable productivity.

We live in a world of ‘the more the better’, ‘faster and faster’, ‘work hard, push hard’ and sure, it works for some - they do get far. By how do they feel?

Doing meaningful work and following one’s passion should never be on the expense of someone’s well-being.

Especially in science that claims to be working towards the betterment of humankind.
